Returns and exchanges
Changed your mind? Here is how returns and exchanges work.
Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Item condition
The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Refund timing
Customers must report any defects or damage within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
Refunds
Once the defective item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
